Training and Human Resources

The main driving strategy is to devise viable and high quality methodology and procedures and training for clients’ staff, namely training in:
- Practical courses for staff of banks, institutions and private companies
- Institution development for banks
- Setting up and running workshops for Clients' management and staff
- Particular emphasis on:
     - Practical implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards
     - Practical implementation of automated loan management systems
     - Project appraisal and preparation of feasibility studies
     - IFRS Accounting and financial management systems
